New PDM Account Order Form

Please complete all fields displaying a Red *. You can also add up to 5 client company's you wish to give access to your PDM. These clients will also be entitled to Free support from us for the first year as part of our ongoing promotion. Ideally the clients you list should be considered the administrator for that company. If you do not have the client information readily available, you can enter it later once your account has been set up. Additional client users can be added later by you for only $20 per month per user.

Once your PDM account is set up as an Owner you may add an unlimited number of owner users to your account at anytime.

Once your account has been established you will receive an email from us instructing you how to access your account along with the link information to add to your web site so your clients can access the PDM. We will also schedule your 1 hour training included with your account. Onsite training is available at an additional cost, please see the Pricing & Option page.
