While viewing a Release Order, an owner can create all necessary warehouse Pull & Shipping Order by checking the items to ship and then clicking the “Create Warehouse Orders”. Information displayed includes current inventory levels and quantities ordered for each item.

Once the items selected for shipping are checked an Owner will then see each inventory item and the warehouse locations with current inventory levels for each. The owner then simply enters the amount to take from each location and clicks the Ship Order Button.

And all necessary warehouse pull orders are generated and emailed to the warehouse, assuming Bin # locations have been entered the Warehouse will quickly be able to put the order together and send it to the client.

Once an order is shipped by the warehouse, in most cases the warehouse will send notification of shipment to the owner with tracking information.

The Owner would then update the order information with the tracking # and an email would be sent to the client confirming the shipment and the client could track delivery with the tracking information provided. Done - simple to use  - informative and accurate.
